OUT WITH THE BUFF IN WITH THE LEAN


A healthy slim build is all you need. You need to build your body for the long hall. More fish and chicken and less beef and fried food. You need to preserve your body what things to come and the people that enjoy you in their lives. Going to the gym and banging your body around is very detremental to your joints annd spine. A slim marathon look with a great looking core is all you need.
